Kyle expressed thanks on behalf of everyone to Doug for hosting the meeting.

Item 1: Who would be Treasurer

David Eisner offered to be treasurer since he was collecting membership dues.

Item 2: Implementing membership dues

It was agreed that the membership fee would be $20 per year. This is mainly to cover the cost of the VRPA.CA domain name registration and web hosting costs. It was agreed that David should go ahead and register VRPA.CA

Current costs are:

Register domain name: $70 USD for 3 years

Web hosting: $85 for 4 months

Item 3: How to deal with game damage during meetings

Jason V wanted to discuss who would be responsible for damage incurred to games during VRPA meetings. It was agreed that:
The host is responsible for normal wear and tear/damage incurred during game-play.
Any malicious damage would be the responsibility of the group.

Item 4: Member details needed

David Eisner requested that everyone email him the following details:
Name
Address
Membership # if already issued.
