Item 1: Discuss tournament payment options.

It was suggested that a$1-2 fee be paid to the host for supplying food/drinks.

Motion was passed to pay host by donation only.

Item 2: Discuss possibility of having a committee to discuss VRPA issues.

This means there will no longer be a meeting held before a tournament. The committee will meet on their own (5-6 times a year) to make decisions about the VRPA.

It was decided that a committee wasn't necessary at the moment due to the small size of the association. However, this item should be reviewed in 6 months

Item 3: Which pinball for tournament?

Breakshot and Comet, or Breakshot and Earthshaker.

It was decided to use Breakshot and Earthshaker.

New Business:

Dale (G/H?) suggested adding a list of local games to the VRPA website.

Next Meeting:

Feb 28, 2003 (first Friday month), venue to be decided.

Meeting was adjourned and then we played some pinball ;-)
