1. VRPA committee tasks and job descriptions discussed. The following tasks have been assi= gned to committee members:

a.&n= bsp; Around town updates (ANGELO)

b.&n= bsp; Documents, avatars, links (maintenance, addi= ng new content) – (DAVE)

c.&n= bsp; VRPA rules and regulations, forum/club rules. All vrpa membership requirements, rules, forum etiquette should all be documented, posted in a new category in the member section of the forum. (DAVE)

d.&n= bsp; Banner - Design, pricing, present banner examples to committee (DAVE)

2. John’s Jukes tasks for upcoming tournament include:

a.&n= bsp; Creating a document explaining our tournamen= t, and the proposed guest tournament to be held at John’s Jukes (DALE)

b.&n= bsp; Figure out food situation (KYLE)

c.&n= bsp; Go to John’s pre tournament to check g= ame setups, tilts, spacing issues etc (KYLE)

3. Liaison for VRPA tournaments – someone in the committee will be a liaison to = an upcoming host. Items to be ve= rified with the hosts include the following:

a.&n= bsp; What their guests allowances are

b.&n= bsp; What is their maximum capacity

c.&n= bsp; How many games they have, and if they need m= ore

d.&n= bsp; Verifying the games to be setup for the tournament, including rules and tilt setup.

4. Make Skyjump em mandator= y in QF round at Jason’s? No, b= eing a single player, it might get confusing.

5. Suggestion for host payouts – A member suggested a scale for host payouts depend= ing on how many people attend the tournament.&= nbsp; It was decided that this will make accounting difficult and the consistency of paying $120 to each host is a simple, easy to control system= .

6. We are going to try a different tournament format at Trevor’s tournament= in April. This format will work = with the current league. Dale will publish information regarding this format before Trevor’s tournament.=
