&nb= sp; 1. Membership = rules were discussed and they will remain the same.

&nb= sp; 1. Hosting fees monies increase to $120 in 2010.

&nb= sp; 1. We are goin= g to give Jill, Henri’s wife $2000 US for Henri’s old Whitewater. 6-8 people in the group are going to cover the cost of this machine (6 people are already on board). We are then going to fix it up, bring i= t to the 2010 NW pinball show and raffle off the machine (with OK from the NW sh= ow director) Any additional profits from the raffle will be going direct= ly to Jill.

&nb= sp; 1. Venue for finals: Dave Ballance has confirmed he will host the finals. Possible final dates are Dec 5 and Nov 27.

&nb= sp; 1. Eden will s= tart collecting tournament fees 30 minutes before tournament start time. Instead of him walking around ASKING people for tournament money, 30 minutes before, he is going to call out to everyone to come by his sitting area to pay. A final call will then happen 10 minutes before start time. = ; If people don’t pay 5 minutes before the tournament start time, they wil= l be excluded. Our goal is to start on time, with a 15 minute buffer for o= dd circumstances.

&nb= sp; 1. It’s = up to the host’s discretion to decide which day to host, Saturday or Sunday. This is to be decided at the beginning of the year when the schedule is made. If the host needs to make a change to their date for unforeseen circumstances, the VRPA committee should have adequate notice we= ll in advance from the host.

&nb= sp; 1. VRPA email address: Changing it to gmail for better usage. Dale will remain controller for email and distribute requests to appropriate people in the VRPA. Kyle will setup the Gmail account and email Juan to update webs= ite.
