1.> 2010 schedule:<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> Eden to contact the Seattle Pinball League to co-ordinate our 2010 schedule so it doesn’t conflict with t= heir 2010 schedule. Eden has start= ed working on a schedule and plans to have it finalized schedule by 3 weeks fr= om today.

2.> Different tournament formats for 2010: We are investigating adding a diff= erent tournament format style in 2010 for 1 or 2 tournament meetings, but want to continue with the core format we have for the majority of the year, as it i= s a tuned, great format. Eden is = going to post on the forum for feedback for the tournaments/league.

3.> 2009 tournament final details: Post is up and details have been s= et for start times, etc. We’ve= had a hard time getting DMD games for the tournament, but a plan has been set. Kyle and Dale are bringing a game,= and Eden will bring a game if no one steps up to the plate. Marizio might bring the TZ.

4.> Forum Etiquette: The committee should watch for any= thing which might be posted on the forum which could be considered offensive from other members of the group. If there is a post which is insulting someone, the committee is able to delete= the post through administration functions.

5.> Changes and upgrades to Website: In the new member sign in, the NAME category should be changed to FIRST NAME, and LAST NAME. Kyle to contact Juan for an update= . Remove unneeded categories in new = member sign up (AIM, ICQ ID etc)

6.> Prizes for 5-8 place in 2009 league: Since 5th= -8th places in the league finals don’t get cash awards, there will be priz= es and they are cool!

9.> = -Cap of maximum people allowed at tournaments: 10.> = Increasing= tournament entry fee: We are thi= nking of either having the same $6 entry fee, OR changing the fee to $10 to have bigger payouts, including a cash prize for 4^th place, AND increa= se the league payouts at end of year. Kyle will create a WEB VOTE so everyone in the VRPA can vote their choice of change, or no change.

11.> = Is there g= oing to be an NW pinball show for 2010: <= /span>YES –= ; It is in the early stages of planning, that is all we know at this point.

12.> = Backup of = VRPA website: Kyle to contact Juan to see if the VRPA site is every backed up, as there should be= a semi routine backup of the system.=
